THE PROBLEM IS THAT I NEED RECRUITMENTS 2 SPIES 2 GAMES HELPERS 1 ASSISTANT
Problem is, for permanent recruitment you need to have a significant position, like a mod or admin where you can actually exercise your rights, but no one really knows you. Second, other people have better things to do than devote themselves for a volunteered charity work such as this. Besides, they are many posts ( and definitely more popular) like this that are actually helpful. If you really want to help, you should go into relevant existing forum posts and post your help there instead. If you're still not convinced, try doing the rule enforcing yourself and report those who are being nasty, not waiting and listening to rumors about other people that you don't really know about. That's why they have moderators and administrators out there, try being active and regularly post helpful comments in the forums. If you're lucky, they can even pick you to become a moderator instead! Though you have to read the thread yourself.
