I got a friend from kongregate who's really famous there for his games, i told him to submit his games here, but he said this is not a free portal like newsgrounds, i replied that give it a chance, so he said:
I donât know what the point would really be, as AG doesnât share ad revenue with developers like Kong does. :/ Maybe theyâll sponsor one of my games eventually.
So... he's got a really famous game there called Red Planet, and i believe it'll go really great here, but he wouldn't go for it unless he gets abit cha-ching while doing it. So, does AG share ad revenues?
They pay you for the games you submit. Whether it's a one-off lump sum, or a continuous payment, I don't know. I'm more inclined towards the former, since you're essentially selling your game to AG, and like most other goods, it's a one time payment, instead of paying money each month for submitted games which sounds daft.
But you know, there's always that contact button around. That's what it's there for anyway. Poor little thing.
