Anyway, this game will be based off of a flash game I'm making for my Game Design class (there are such things, do not act like I spoke a different language, lol). The game I'm making for the class will follow a slightly different storyline than than this one, as, well, who knows what the players in here will want to do? And since you see there is a number in the title, I intend on making this a series. Now enough with that, now to the game...
You are a fresh-out-of-training colonel. You are hoping to become in charge of a recon team. You are currently standing in a dark room, with a long table. At the table are seated seven individuals, including the President. They are discussing under which military organization you will be put: Coast Guard, Air Force, U.S. Army, Navy, and a bunch of other names you don't recognize. The only one not discussing your placement is a giant guy at the far-left end of the table. He just stares at you the entire time, thinking. At he end of the session, the General of the U.S. Army said that you will receive a letter, telling where you are to be assigned to. When you return to the barracks, you find a black envelope sitting on you bed. You open it and it states in white letters: "You have been assigned to STREO. Meet Admiral Albatross at sign-in desk" You pack up your things, and head to to the main desk of the training camp. Everything seems normal, until somebody pulls a black bag over your head. You are drug out, and stuck inside a black van, which drives off from the base...
...When the bag is pulled off your head, you find yourself in a completely different base. The giant guy you saw at the session is there, and says, "I am Admiral Albatross, head of STREO, more formally called Strike Force, and you, newbie, are now a colonel of a recon squad." He gives you a folder, and inside, there are boxes and questions you are to fill out...

Now we are up to the present, where you are looking around the base, looking for Murkis. What's first, colonel?
