This is getting pretty frustrating and happens both logged out and logged in. I think it started happening somewhere around Necronator 2
So the problem is my games don't get saved! Just today I played Ducklife 4 and wanted continue from where I left off but it didn't save. This was when I was logged in.
Same thing Burrito Bisons Revenge, but then I was logged out. Yes I'm always clearing my cookies but saves used to remain despite of that. For example the game MoneySeize, I still have the save data from that game.
Why doesn't games get saved and how can I fix this?!
You might have the cookies set so when you clear them some are saved. I don't think this is an AG problem seeing how you do not log in to your games.
Try not clearing your cookies, play a bit, go back, and see if it is saved. Then clear the cookies and go back. If it saved your data before you cleared the cookies you know that it is a cookie problem.
Yes it seems to be the cookies. If I clear my browsing history and check the cookies box, my save game will be gone.
But why has it turned like this? I've been clearing my cookies for years and the savegames have remained. Why did the saves used to stay even though I cleared cookies? Sure I could uncheck the cookies box but that's just way too unrealiable. I could anytime unfortunately tick it.
Actually , I may have an interesting point to throw in on this. My saves don't go if I delete my history. But that's just me. However, if you have say just recently looked at your setting and pressed something like tell websites I do not want to be tracked or stop all history from being recorded/saved your progress will be lost. Also, i do believe that CCleaner stops saves if you have recently activated or purchased that. I have recently got CCleaner and now on a lot of games my saves have stopped working. I get a box saying that armor games wants to store more info on my computer now and requested space. But the weird thing about that is that if you press either of the options, noting happens on this box. Can anyone help me with this?

I don't know why your games used to save even though you would delete cookies. There should be some way though to save cookies from a certain site. That way the cookies on AG would be saved but all other cookies would be deleted.
