You can't sticky topics if that's what you're asking; unless said sticky is approved by mods, and only for important and acceptable reasons. I had a thread stickied before, the Story Contest, until it ran dry of ideas, and got destickied. So no, bottomline, you can't get your average, run of the mill threads stickied.
