I raged to the people around me the entire movie. It was a good movie in and of itself, but it's like they acknowledged the fact it had some kid named Percy who was greek and thats it.
Because of the guy who made the movie, they destroyed a possibly AWESOME, no not possibly, just AWESOME movie series. ALL THEY NEEDED TO DO TO DESTROY THE MOVIE SERIES, WAS JUST MAKE THEM 16! The movie was LOOSELY based on the book, not based, loosely based! I imagined such an awesome movie series, but NOOOOO. They make Grover a ladiesman, Annabeth a full tomboy, Hades actually evil, Persephone a menlady(female that acts like a ladiesman to males). Everything was pretty much messed up.
Yes that's what i meant Tyson was supposed to give Percy a shield in the second book, but Luke gave it to him.Grover was supposed to be shy but as you said he was a ladies man. Annabeth wasn't that bad but she was supposed to be a blonde. Hades was evil either way. And Persephone was one of the few character's they got right.
The books are great best ones i have ever read, the best part for me is the final book (5 part), i am not gonna spoil, but that is the best part all the chapters in the book are interesting.
Ok i'm done with the whole series so feel free to talk about the end

I forgot about new questions too So, what was the most Lovish part for you, mine was whenever Annabeth and Percy kissed under the canoe lake, at Camp Half-Blood

You know how weird that sounds. They kissed "under" the canoe lake. It sounds like they kissed underground. They kissed literally "in" the lake.
And thanks for bringing up "Camp Half-Blood" because now I can make another comment about the movie.
Camp Half-Blood was SO SMALL! I saw a picture of it in graphic novel and it was so much bigger. I mean, they made it look like a boot camp not a summer camp where you have fun. The cabins were also not in a U-shape like the book said. I mean seriously, Percy's cabin was by the lake, far far far away from anyone else cabin. And the gate to camp was so weird. It was just some stupid arch in the movie! They never even mentioned the mist. Since they changed thalia's tree into an arch, its impossible to make a second movie (thank zeus).

I know the Cabins were scattered across the whole camp and It was very small they didn't even have the amphitheater thing and no they did not talk about the mist. Did they even say that percy Snaped the Minoutar's horn? And I have researched the second movie and t is scheduled some time in the 2012 - 2013 range.
Im still using the same question because nobody actually anwser it
When I was younger it was my absolute favorite series. Now I'm kind of over the fantasy thing but it was still great. Taught me a lot about Greek Mythology! XD The movie was horrible though :/
