i lost my rank i only have pts and shows when my account is made i dont have a rank can anyone help me to get it back?

It's a server update bug. So no, no one but the people fixing it now will "give" it back to you. Bottom-line, just wait it out.

Seems to be fixed now - my points and armatar have returned to their old levels.

He was referring to the numerical rank next to the name of a person, which is still missing.

That numerical rank is problably missing because they have a calculation bug, or they are preparing for the coming ArmorGames v3.0 website, where the current ranking system is having a complete overhaul with new ranks and ways to earn points. So it's likely that we will never see that again!
