Theres a reason why Tower defense games get the highest rating, its because they ARE FUN... But i think there hasnt been a good one made this year, but there have been some, like monster TD, that kinda sucked, and the flower one, that was obivously impossible to win.

I was thinking of a TD that involves War and aliens. But i cant write more than 5 lines of codes without screwing it up, so Id be glad if someone could carry this out somehow.
I dont care what the title is, but heres a broad one!
Title: Alien Fort Defense
Objective: Defend the fort from the aliens.
Summary: The year is 2028, The aliens from Yinull Have become agressive and are enslaving humans. As such, the humans have engaged into combat to defend the people of Earth.

MAPS

Map: The map would literally be a map of earth, with many, many pinpoints, each is ranked Easy, Medium, or Hard, and you can pick whatever you wish! Examples of levels are L.A, NYC, Seattle, London, Delhi, Tokyo, Sydney, Etc.
Each level map will be open area but you can put walls and stuff in the way to take them longer.

TOWERS

Troops and towers: I have a good idea of how towers can work (keep in mind that this isnt far in the future).
Each tower only has 2 Upgrades!!!
Fire rate is based on per second. 1=1 per second.
Some aliens deal damage to your men, thus you have health.
Range is 1=m and the meters will be obvious as the floor of the map will be cubes, and range works in a circle.
Flying towers can only be hit by flying enemies!

Militia: Townsfolk who grabbed their shotguns and joined the fight!
Cost: 100$
Health: 5
Damage: 1
Fire rate: 2
Range:3
Upgrades:
Better Clothes: 50$: adds 3 total health.
Minor Training: 75$: Increases Fire-rate by 1.

Gunmen: People from the military who specialize in rifles.
Cost:200$
Health:8
Damage:3
Fire rate:2
Range:6
Upgrades:
Stronger Bullets: Damage increased by 2:75$
Better armor: Adds 2 More total health:125$

Snipers: People who specialize in Sniper rifles
Cost: 250$

Upgrades:
Faster Reload: increases fire rate by 1:100$
Accurate Scopes: Increases Damage by 3:150$

Swordsmen: People who are skilled in using swords in combat. Usually big and buff.

Longer Swords: Increases range by 1.:50$
Better focus: Increases fire rate by 2:125$

Rocket launcher: Men who are skilled with RPG's.

Missile Protection: Adds 4 More health: 250$

Jet-Fighter: Men who fly in planes for war. (this unit flies in circles)

Bomb shoot: Shoots a small bomb that fires every 15 seconds, which does 6 damage in 2 meter radius.: 500$
Steel reinforced metal: Adds 5 more health... Thats alot of HP!: 400$

Machine-gun-men things, IDK: People who carry machine guns with them at all times...

Upgrades:
Poison bullets: adds 1 damage:300$
Bullet-proof armor: Adds 2 health: 200$

1 TIME USE ITEMS.
Med packs: 50$: Heals 4 health instantly to any tower.
Grenade: Small bombs that do 4 damage to nearby enemies: 50$
Suicide bomber: A person who loses his life killing all enemies on the screen! 200$ (one time use per map)
