Well, you have to take the current chaos into consideration. It is pretty hard to focus on play testing games when the server drops out for a day, people flood you with complaints about the server crash that you also need to fix properly, and then spamlords come running. Give them some time, if the game isn't up/you get no reply, you have been rejected. Because they don't actually give you a rejection as far as I know.
Just one more thing, shame on them they let people like me wait and eventually they are too busy to tell us couple of words, how i'm i supposed to know if my game got rejected(wait a month to see if there's a replay). It's not my problem what they are facing, they should replay in 3-4 days as they said in the help page.
Anyway i'm pretty sure there are many sponsors which are much easy to communicate with .
Indeed, but the staff is not very big on communicating, be it telling the community important stuff like their server breaking down, or that they are fixing it (They put that in the blog, which might be on the site, but it's not optimal in any way), replying to urgent emails about urgent issues or talking to their moderators.
I can only hope that stuff gets better and easier once they can stop worrying about AGv3 sometime... In the future. But, well, the help page is made out of crap anyway. As for the time, well, for a company of this size, no matter whether they are communicating or now, a week seems fair, as long as they start actually, well, communicating.
