The last count was 2 plus million, and those were just the registered users. Counter got taken off during the last server bug wave. So no, not 100000000000000, which is more than the world's population.
There used to be a user count on our profiles, ranking you out of the entire amount, but it got removed when the server broke down. I can't remember the last count, but it was probably between 2 and 3 millions.
