For any runners out there--How long did it take you to plateau and stop dropping times?
I guess it's a runner's term there, "lateau-ing"... but seeing as I'm not a runner, could you please elaborate a little more about it, so others know and maybe participate in the discussion?
Its not a runner specific term. Simple terms: A relatively stable level, period, or state.
