I was thinking...it would be a bit easier to have a link to throw at people who ignore stickies which includes all the stickies, so repeated links are unnecessary. While it wouldn't actually add anything it would be nice to only ever have to point people to one place which contains links to all the others, with brief descriptions of what's in those links.

People can still refuse to read the stickies. Here's a classification of rule-breakers:

Can't Follow: These people don't know the rules but are willing to read them. The hub should work on these people.
Won't Follow: These people refuse to learn the rules. The hub won't work on these people.
Will Break: These people know the rules but refuse to follow them. The hub won't work on these people.

I don't know what percentage of people are in each category, but suffice it to say that the sticky hub won't always work.

I know. But for those annoying people who ask "how do I do -insert stupid question-" you can just throw up the link to the sticky hub and it's all right there before them.

I'm well aware of that. However it would be less work on those directing people to them because they can simply put up one link instead of a host of them and include in their post which stickies specifically to look at, instead of grabbing the urls of 2-3 stickes at a time.

I like the idea. Would be easier than having to exit the forum, getting the link and returning. If there was a universal link, it could be memorized.
