Try using google chrome or downloading Adobe Flash Player. If that doesn't work get the computer, go to a hotel, go to top floor and throw it out the window.
if you have a low end computer like the 1 im using now (Windows XP, Im using it because my laptop has run out of enternet) try refreshing if this does not work close the computer and switch it back on
