You know how when you get toward the very end of the game and you have to battle the boss in the twilight zone named Zant? I have been trying to get past him for a while and I don't know how to damage him. When he first starts to fight you and he transports you to that little room with all the black water that hurts you everywhere I can't even get on hit on him without dying. I would like any tips on how to beat him and I do not mind spoilers so go ahead.
I don't really remember, but Zant isn't the final boss. He's the second to last.
All I remember is that he teleported around a lot and threw large balls of energy at your or made swarms of bats. I remember it being fairly straightforward to hit him and relatively easy to dodge his attacks.
I've beat the game but it's been a LOOONG time. Like...3 years. Maybe? I don't know. Anyway, I believe you hit the "energy ball" back at him with your sword. He transports you to many diffrent places. I'm not sure which room you are talking about (sorry) but...GameFaqs is always out there. >_< I'm sorry I dont remember this game at all.
I remember that exact spot. It is supposed to be a replay of past boss fights. It took me a while, but I eventually tried EVERY item in my inventory. The Boomerang (from the first temple) gives you the opening you need.
The final battle will be the best battle you'll ever have in your life I know it gave me a kick in the balls (In a good way)

You must feel bad asking how to beat the game... Beating on your own is better and gives you that awesome feeling. I beat the games 2-3 years ago and it's amazing.
