This can be locked fairly soon. My googling skills aren't doing me justice on this matter.

In America, you have Amtrak and Greyhound.

I'm looking potentially for a bus to take me for Newark to Boston or directly to Maine if possible. Greyhounds prices are a little steep so i was wondering if any Americanos know of an alternative?

I'm not an Americano, so telling you what the bus prices here in the Netherlands are, won't help you any further there I guess...

Shute... and there I was trying to help out and be not just anybody! =P

Have you tried asking a question about that on Yahoo answers? yet? That might help you a bit further...
