I just payed for the premium content for Monsters den chronicles and everything else seems to be there except for the things i wanted most witch was the 5 spark of legends . I still haven't gotten any of them

It could be a case of "It takes a few minutes" so bare with it. If it's still taking too long then contact Garin as he is the game creator - the issue itself is to do with the developer, not the hosting website :]
No, you simply posted a message on the profile of the Gamedev. That alone does not constitute "contacting the developer."
In the game main screen there is a link to Monstrum, the company that made the game. From there, you can find contact information on the "About" page. Just like every other company out there.
Saved you the immense trouble of going through that arduous process and got you a link straight to the contact page. Email or send a Tweet to one of those to start hammering issues out.
