AMAZING!!! But could have more types. I'm thinking vikings (axe warriors), horse riders, and ninjas (close range with katana and long range with ninja stars). You should also put in buildings like arrow towers and troop barracks.
To win I used a strategy of swarming my enemy with around 15 fully upgraded swordwraths while around 3 fully upgraded archidons fired from behind, shielded by around 2 half upgraded speartons. On the last level I used my first strategy, but while they were killing the statue I saved my money so when the Big Boss came I could swarm it with speartons. Meanwhile, I took out the miners with a spare swordwrath so that there would be no resistance. That is just my strategy, it might not work for you, but that is how I won.
Over all a wonderful game. I love the animation but it does lag a bit. The storyline is exquisite but you should make the ending longer and more satisfying. When I saw that the picture of the victory trumpets with "You win!" on the flags I went "Awww! Come on. I spent 30 minutes of my life playing this (great) game and this is all of my victory celebration? A picture?!?!" It was definitely a weak point in the game.
I know that I put in a lot of criticism to this post, but that is all minor stuff. The game is amazing and hands down the best stick game ever. I'm greatly looking forward to a Stick Wars 2. 9.5/10.
Sorry this post is so long. I just had a large NJ ASK writing assignment and I'm still in the spirit of writing. A lot. Thanks for reading my opinions of this game.
Stick Wars is still pretty fun, but it's certainly lacking in difficulty. Insane mode usually takes under 30 minutes, which is relatively little time when you realize that there are only 12 levels. Can't wait for multiplayer mode on Stick Empires, that way battles will be even more of a challenge.
