You move some barricades to the door and soon, zombies break through . Most of them die as expected but a larger one takes a lot of shots, requiring Matts Blaser 98 with a headshot to take it down, you use your LMG to finish the zombies off.
Matthew throws you the keys and gets in a an SUV, You get onto the roads quickly as a couple dozen zombies are heading for you guys still and you're aware that the gunfire must have attracted a few more zombies.

Let's say its an alternate reality, im unfamiliar with the city so ill just be making the city up as I go.

You find the man in charge and tell him what you'll need, he explains to you that he meant basic care, but having a whole hospital is a great addition. He calls over a man and introduces him as a Jake the mercenary (retired), he is sent with you guys to clear the hospital. he leads you into the ammo store, looks at your guns and loads you up also handing you a gun. You drive back to the Hospital.
