You find a retired war nurse and his wife another doctor, you bring them into the hospital and get them to start treating people. You then scout around and find few zombies, but a lot of immobilized military vehicles. (Maybe you could recover some weapons and/or jeeps, Maybe even a tank if someone can drive one)
Note: This would be a large scavenging operation, maybe get NewHaven involved so you can get more and both become stronger.
