Since the popular thread from 2011 has gone to hell with outdated images, false page redirections and 4 blank pages of deleted posts, I think it's time to start anew for the 2012 community.
I'll start out by posting some strange (but real) sodas I found on Google. You can be the ones to determine whether or not you'd ever try any of them.
The label on the last one is real, but the flavor is fake. You'll have to learn the Jones way of doing things.
Chips are another favorite when it comes to bizarre flavors.
^ Those BLT chips are actually not too bad.
And, of course, the Canadian classic...
If you know of any strange flavors or you just happen to find some online, post them here. Pictures are always appreciated.
1000 posts. I didn't think a thread I started in the Tavern could generate so many replies. Except for the "General Relationship Thread" and "What did you learn today?" but, you know, stickies.
Funny you mention that. I clicked on the link to the old version of this thread and the first thing that popped up was...
The first ever image posted in MBFF. Let's have a moment of silence.
Speaking of beer, here is an image of the new draft beer-flavored beans that Jelly Belly has come out with (credit to @Bender124):
The color just looks so....poisonous.
Cola gumballs actually sound pretty good. I can't say the same for the popcorn-flavored ones.
I have to agree with that statement. Anyone who has ever tasted a buttered popcorn Jelly Belly can vouch for why 50% of the gumballs in that package will taste like a total disaster.
Although it does remind me of Ballpark Gum.
There's even a beer flavor. Go figure.
Sparkle Ninja Chewing Gum:
The two themes of the day appear to be beer and poisonous colors. Since this one is strawberry-flavored, it can only fit the latter, but it practically defines that theme. I don't know what it is about that glow, but something tells me if I put Sparkle Ninja chewing gum in my mouth, I won't live to tell the tale.
In just one day, Wine X magazine discovered this thread, saw your post and used your idea.
That proves it, I'm a visionary. Although my million-dollar-idea was to have the flavor confined to one bean rather than have the chewer mix them in their mouth, which just seems unnatural with jellybeans.
Switzerland made a garlic soda? It's creative, but not if you want your company to make any money. I can't imagine what drinking an entire can of liquid garlic would do to my taste buds.
