Since the popular thread from 2011 has gone to hell with outdated images, false page redirections and 4 blank pages of deleted posts, I think it's time to start anew for the 2012 community.

I'll start out by posting some strange (but real) sodas I found on Google. You can be the ones to determine whether or not you'd ever try any of them.

The label on the last one is real, but the flavor is fake. You'll have to learn the Jones way of doing things.

Chips are another favorite when it comes to bizarre flavors.

^ Those BLT chips are actually not too bad.

And, of course, the Canadian classic...

If you know of any strange flavors or you just happen to find some online, post them here. Pictures are always appreciated.

@ Marmite chicken
Mmm... it looks good, even if I still have no idea what Marmite tastes like from first hand experience. =P

@ Reese's flavors
I guess I have to pay more attention to the candy aisle... I've never seen any of these varieties before! I've seen the regular big cup without the nuts, but that's the closest I've come to any of them.

The banana creme one reminds me of Elvis Donuts...

That's what Reese's needs... a BACON flavor. =O

Yesss...!

That half-pound cup weighs more than a baseball. I like Reese's, but I don't know if I like them that much.

Banana and bacon on donuts? I would consider anyone who ate all 6 of those to be a national hero.

I'll give it 5 years.

But what Reese's really needs is a true Elvis flavor. Peanut butter, banana, and bacon. Just like the donuts you've posted, or the sandwich that I'm about to mention just below.

Banana, bacon, and peanut butter. The holy trinity itself. Just ask this "Elvis" sandwich.

The fact that the sandwich has its own Wikipedia page shows that this thing might not be as bizarre as it may seem.

Then again, haggis has its own page as well, so we can't be too quick to judge either way...

If they served that in a local restaurant, I would not mind being 50-100 pounds heavier if I got to eat that every day.

@ Fried Elvis sandwich
Whatever the Calorie count on that thing is, it can't be anywhere near that of the fool's gold loaf!

http://www.supersizedmeals.com/food/images/articles/20071031-Fools_Gold_Loaf_2.jpg

One entire jar of peanut butter, one entire jar of grape jelly, and a pound of bacon, all served on a hollowed out loaf of bread, weighs in, according to most sources, somewhere between 5,000 and 10,000 Calories... though I would lean closest to Food.com's estimate of 5,530.

One thing's for sure, though... Subway would be the subject of even more lawsuits if they added this monster to their menu!

Aren't we glad this on the right isn't a size of drink served anymore?

Whoever is buying the Double Gulp are the same people who would enjoy a fool's gold loaf.

But the Double Gulp is only 64 oz, or was before they cut it to 50. 7-11 and other convenience stores have since beaten it.

Gulps of any large variety would complement a peanut butter bacon burger quite nicely. I would hate to see the person who could fit both of those things in their stomach, but there would be a lot of that person to see.

It's food that actually looks like it's vomiting.

I want to say that I wouldn't eat that burger, but I know that's not at all true. That thing looks disgusting and delicious at the same time.

But why is there mayo on it? You don't mix peanut butter and mayo.

That's way too much bacon for a human heart to handle. There's no way just one or two guys can eat one of those bacon towers on their own and live to boast about it later.

I'm not sure if I posted this before or not.

That is a whole bag of smaller bags of raw uncooked noodles made for eating. I actually happen to like them. They taste pretty good. Did I mention that they have Bacon BBQ and wasabi? And possibly other variations. If your daring enough you can probably get it at almost any Chinese food store.

So I'd thought I'd start this little gem of a thread back up, with a little drink.

Have you ever had that craving for Doritos and Mountain Dew? Well instead of eating them separate like a normal person, why not have Dewitos?

http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTgmtxnS2XlH6aBjcJDb6DZNITvViDGYE-nFzSNWxJliSniOEbGcPGLElSUYg

I just wonder what this will taste like. I'm thinking, a citrus taste with a hint of Doritos. What do you guys think?

When I first heard of haggis, I thought it was the most disgusting food I'd ever heard of, but after just a few pages of this discussion I can safely say that I would try it rather than taste quite a few of these foods.
