For me the best game would have to be Kingdom Rush it was the very first game I played and loved it! The worst game would have to be Nano Kingdoms.. Very boring and the game is just not my style! What do all you Armor Games fans think?
My favorite series are Raze, Fancy Pants Adventures and the Last Stand. This is probably just me but I don't like the first Last Stand as much because i can't get it to work well on my computer. Still a good game though.
I really like the gemcraft series. I love puzzle and strategy games, and there isn't really a kind of games I don't like to play. I also like Raze really much, and any game that has blue elephants.
Colony, Sonny series, Creeper world series, and Kingdom rush. as for my least favs there are most TD games(no hating plz) Phage wars(too hard) and achievement unlocked series.
i like the emotional games that focus on story and meaning then gameplay or graphics. actually the horibble graphics give it a more simple look which gives an even deeper feeling to the game.

as for bad games... as said, i dont like dress up games either but i doubt anyone actually goes on com to play those things :S
i do really dislike games that could be good if their gameplay was actually worked on. i cant remember the name but there is a game here where you have to get higher and higher and swing on poles and it was all snowy. the controlls lack any kind of logic and its pretty much impossible to know when to jump to get high or low jumps.
Personally I loved frontier. Although it's one of the older games it's still really fun. I think the worst games would be one of the catapault games like turtle launch or others like that. Dress-up games can go unsaid.
