I can't comment on anything D: whenever I try to it says to wait 30 seconds, I do and nothign happens I've refreshed the page and my browser whats happening D:

But you posted this. Wait thirty seconds then refresh the page, the notice should go away. Sometimes when you click on threads you've posted in the notice will be there even though it's been several minutes, but refreshing the page fixes it.

That would work if you are posting comments on your profile/games and when you are posting comments on the Forums Page.

To explain (as nobody has so far) the 'roblem'... it's a standard feature implemented on ArmorGames to keep people from spamming and other means.

Everything you do, post - profile comment - game comment, has a 30 second waiting rule in effect right after you submitted that post/comment.

So if you write at a normal speed, with complete sentences and larger pieces of text, this rule should never be a problem for you!

It's not. You still won't be able to comment until the 30 seconds is up.

Also look at the date.
