i know MrDayCee very well and hes a friend of mine but... lol i read the HTML rules and i have followed all the rules. I am looking for an answer from one of the mod-type people.

What is a marquee? If it is that moving stuff I think it would be fine. Didn't see anything against it. Just don't make it too annoying.

Or have it huge/breaking the rules in the image.
