Hi, I have been playing Phage Wars live and ranked up to 57, but recently I logged back in and I have now lost my rank.

I wouldn't mind so much as I know these types of errors happen, however I did make a purchase of gene points which I paid for via paypal, so would either like this refunded to me or added back to my account please.

and me i lost my rank my rank was 13 i dont know why?

i keep losing all my upgrades... and my colour keeps changing on its own.

I've had the same problems too. I thought it was normal for it to do that upon logging out of multiplayer mode but apparently not.

When you see your rank is gone, you

-Log out and log in

If that doesn't work

-Refresh the page
