Hi, I have been playing Phage Wars live and ranked up to 57, but recently I logged back in and I have now lost my rank.
I wouldn't mind so much as I know these types of errors happen, however I did make a purchase of gene points which I paid for via paypal, so would either like this refunded to me or added back to my account please.
This happens sometimes with live games, the same thing happened to me but it was on last castle. I would contact the creator of the game or contact Joeybetz, who is the creator of the game. I am not sure if you will get a refund, I am not sure if he could do anything about it. It is a start though.

Contacting the developer isn't really going to do much. Ignoring the fact that they rarely reply to message, your message will likely be lost in the masses of people who send a message every day.
