Elfen Lied is my personal favorite.
The material it contains might be a turn off to some but I found it very gripping, romantic, and very sad.

My favorite Anime series are: High School of the Dead, Naruto, Naruto Shippuden, Dragon Ball, Bleach, High School DxD, Yu Yu Hakusho, Nana, Paradise Kiss, Gallery Fake and Boku Wa Tomodachi Ga Sukunai.

My two favorite are Sekirei and Dororon Enma-kun Meeramera, or Ghastly Prince Enma: Burning Up as they're naming the dub.

The Durarara series was really good! unfortunately, there won't be a second season

I like many anime, but my personal favorite ones are One Piece, Fairy Tail, and Death Note due to interesting plot and characters.

I remember watching the first few episodes of that. I thought it was really good, the innocence of the girls conflicted the situation they were going to get themselves in so much.
