for schoool i ahve to do a debate, my topic is sopa and pipa, i am against it so i thought i'd get some practice
my first point: while sopa and pipa is targeted at torrenting websites, the wording in the bill is vaague, and no where does it say taht it cant sue of shut down sites like facebook, youtube twitter or toher sites of teh sort
Sooo... Your wanting someone to disagree with you so you can practice debating?

SOPA/PIPA/CISPA are the most outspoken against acts of legislation in recent history in the U.S. Don't expect people to argue with the stance that you don't think it's a good idea and that it can be abused.
Also, posting, "Anyone?" and "No one?" is spam and doesn't make anyone more likely to comment.
note: these might not be my actual opinions, I am arguing for the sake of debate.

While the bill could be labeled as "vague," it is clearly meant to shutdown sights that could possibly allow users to download pirated videos and songs from it. Also, it can be viewed as a benefit to those who would otherwise download from sights such as uTorrent, as when downloading, or going through proxy servers, one could possibly unintentionally download a virus.

Another point you can make is how it fails at it's stated intended purpose. One can simply type the IP address of the site in and bypass such blocks.
You could also add how the effects of piracy are over stated by the corporations promoting such bills. For such a point I would recommend doing some statistical research of the past 15 years. It would also help to note how these same corporations made the same complaints about the ability to record songs and videos on cassette and video tapes. Even further adding to this point it can be mentioned how these very corporations were the ones to originally distribute the software used to pirate all this in the first place.
Though not sure if all that would be over reaching for a school debate.
