I've heard that the Moon is moving away from Earth by about an inch (2.5 cm) each year.

Is it because the sun is getting bigger, or the tidal wave frictons? But either way, it's moving away slowly, and when it does the earth is going to spin and topple.

Also from a website i found

It is expected that in 15 billion years, the orbit will stabilize at 1.6 times its present size, and the Earth day will be 55 days long equal to the time it will take the Moon to orbit the Earth.

Nor me. I don't even believe that Earth will last that long , and so the humankind.

If you read what I wrote earlier, I have some proof that the Earth won't last that long. I don't even think the moon will last that long.

After a billion years, We may not see the Moon anymore, May be a sign that God is telling us something. Or he saying he wants the days to be longer to survive longer.

well i dont think that if the moon moves away then we will survive longer cause i found out you like dont even need sun at all but if the moon does move away then it would be hard for me to get to sleep cause the sun would but me. And if the moon does move away then it will make global warming a lot worse cause i whole day with direct sun.... not good

Turret... I tried to decipher that post, and what I got from it is that you think the moon is what causes day and night, or at least that the moon blocks the sun...

The moon is invisible to us by day because the sun is so bright, but at night, when the sun is shining on the other side of the earth (not because it is blocked by the moon) we can see it because of the reflection of the sun's light bouncing off the moon. You say that we do not need the sun, but if we did not have the sun, we would not have plants, and eventually we would all die.
