All Armor Games sites are linked internally with their games and users, etc. So, in order to get the other sites filled with more users, and less talking in foreign languages on a site where the users won't understand them, you should have a series of flags along the bottom of the signup page, each one representing Armor Games version (or gamerise) which is made in that countries primary language. The sign up then completes as normal, but they are diverted to the site for their language.
Are you saying that Armor Games should be split up into multiple sites in different languages? I don't see how that would be compatible with the forums, or would the forums not be translated into the selected language? Besides, almost all people that sign up for Armor Games know English, even if they're not from an English-speaking country.
