It's a fun game. However, it's pretty hard to find a copy in stores. The nearest store that provided it was like 1 hour away. And I live in a relatively big city with a lot of GameStops.
I don't know I think they're ruining it over the series. Super Paper Mario 64 and Super Paper Mario on Gamecube were a lot better than the Wii version. I'm not sure about the 3DS version. I hope they make it RPG like the older ones.
It's still an RPG. It's just not turn-based. A game doesn't have to have turn-based battles to be an RPG. There are many games called Action RPGS.
I've heard positive reviews about the first two in the series, however the GameCube version has to be ordered online (which I don't like because of the wait) and I don't even have any way to play N64 games. I don't really want the 3DS version much either. Oh, and the first two don't have "Super" in the title.
I've also played the game before, but I gave it away because Mimi creeped me out. But now it's only mildly disturbing. I never really enjoyed Mario turn-based RPGs because they are way too easy. The game is also a bit funny at times.
I miss the turned based paper mario's, but I did enjoy super paper mario. I like the paper mario series a lot along with the superstar saga series. Their a nice breathe of fresh air from the traditional mario games, mostly for the amazing story writing and new characters they introduce.
