I want to know the favourite metal band of the public. They can be from whatever country you want, and any category as long as it falls under metal e.g. Dragonforce=speed metal, Dethklok=death metal, Rammstien=industrial metal, etc.
If you're interested to know what people's favorite metal bands are... why not sift throught the pages of the 'Metal Bands World Cup' competition? Tons of pages of metalheads spitting their favorite bands there!
I know it's a boring answer, but Metallica. I've gone from one end of the metal spectrum to the other and back, but they're still pretty much the best. Can't listen to them with the same eagerness I used to have, as I've overplayed their albums, but they're still very much unmatched. Nobody has that same 5-album streak in metal.
