They have not fully converted the site yet. Also, I am pretty sure they are re-doing the point system. really though, I think your points will be converted and everything. They are debating it though.
Everyone's points will be reset. Armor points in AG3 will be from achievements in games (see the achievements sticky) and posting and commenting will reward reputation (see the reputation sticky).
AGv3 is atill "only" a beta-site, more a test-area than a fully performed site. And it makes simply no sense to enable this functions yet (if they implemented yet).
