I don't think you need points for armatars

Any idea how many points?

I probably don't have enough...

That has been discussed in a previous thread actually, and is a plan for the future. It might take a while though, since there are so many other things that need to be done with the site before that. And the point requirement is not yet known.

:S just PLEASE let us place our own avatars. with special armatars there will be 1000 people with the same picture beside their name.

Yea about 1 thousand users register every day and it is hard to recognize people.

I like the armatars, but there needs to be much more if we ever wish to recognize one-another by them.

then keep it, but there should be an option to upload your own avatar. Like on any other forum

the problem is that if you are able to upload ur own armatar, some people might put inappropriate stuff, therefore i think it is best that the armatars are provided, and I CANT WAIT TO SEE WHAT I CAN GET WIT 3000 AP!! i hope we dont have to "buy" them, as in give up AP, and instead, we should be able to unlock them.

I hope they add a feature for high ranking people(not yet me) that lets you put your own pic. But not everyone should be allowed to do that.

I think custom armatars would damage the entire theme of the site. What you could do is moderate every custom armatar and if they had a medieval feel/theme, they would be approved. But I guess that's A LOT of work, so...
