I assume your file is already a flash file, so you probably need to check if it can be successfully uploaded and played elsewhere. I recommend dA, especially since you can make the upload private by uploading it in their, uh, stash.
If all works then, you will probably have to contact the staff of armorgames, since they have a good amount of experience with uploading games, and should be able to figure out the problem with your game, and why you can't upload your creation to AG.
