What game are you talking about? There is no game called Tanks on AG. Also, I don't think you can do anything about the hacks/cheats other than contact the developer of the game.
I play it daily and have only encountered one hacker in all my time playing. If you think someone is hacking then take several screenshots of it and send it to jroyster22 at support@armorgames.com. He can ban the hackers if they're on this site, but you have to remember you can play Shell Shock Live on several sites, so they may not be using this site to play.
