Your party starts surrounded by a lot of rabeans. Depending on your builds, you should either focus on killing the rabeans on your first turn, or spend a turn to conjure Tarots. The rabeans and the Queen Bean are very weak against fire attacks, so consider using the Magician's Soulburst, Solar Wrath, on them. Sisily's Warp Tornado is much better than her Electrify Kisses in this battle.

Again, consider closing in on the Queen Bean fast. Your best unit to take her down is Death or Gelyan. The Magician can deal a high amount of damage to her, but he is too slow and may not be able to reach his target fast enough. If possible, use the Fool to swap the Magician closer to her.
