Strategy Guide

Depending on Gelyan's build, there are different strategies to beat this battle. If Gelyan has been using an endurance build, skip a few turns to save enough energy for two uses of Soul Pact, which should be enough to defeat the Hanged Man.

If Gelyan has been using a sniper build, remove his Marksmanship and Sniper Sense Perks. This should allow you to have enough HP to survive and use Soul Pact. You can also conjure the Fool to absorb the damage and stock enough energy to use Armor Crusher or Trigger Happy.
