Ok, heres the rules:
The money is the citizens, so dont let them be captured.
The only way to win is to capture everything, and the only way to capture things is with noble men, Noble men take off 10 loyalty per 1 that survives the attack.
You dont need houses, but you cant make Citizens without them!
There are only 10 units, light and heavy Soilders, tanks, and planes. There are also 3 special men that I determine depending on the flag and name. And dont forget nobles!
No cheating, swearing, or making up attacks.
Attacks:
Defensive: Start a fire: good for defence agaist spread out men. Use: 2 per time your attacked.
Cutting a tree: Good for defence agaist grouped up men. Use: 3 per time your attacks
Open fire: just shoot, you kill one for everyman you have.
Use: unlimited
Offence:
Open fire: just shoot, you kill one for everyman you have.
Use: unlimited
Flanking: great for ambushing and attacking. Use: 1 per attack
Buildings:
House: gives 1 citizen per turn. Cost: 5 citizens. Max:10
Barracks: trains light and heavy soilders. Cost: 5 Max:3
Tank factory: Trains tanks and heavy tanks. Cost: 20 Max:3
Airfield: Trains helicopters, and transports Cost: 50 Max:3
Command center: You start with 1, dont lose it Cost: 100
