This thread is a place to discuss quests for Catapult Madness. Here is a list of the current quests available for the game...

Long Jumper
Reach a 10,000 feet distance in a single launch.
Difficulty: Easy

Difficulty: Medium

So I got the Unlucky achievement in the game but I didn't get credit for the quest. Am I the only one with this problem and how could it be fixed?

nvm, I got stabbed 1 more time and got the quest. Maybe the coding is off or it just missed one.

I have same problem. I unlocked two quest, but didn't get credit.

So I got the Unlucky achievement in the game but I didn't get credit for the quest. Am I the only one with this problem and how could it be fixed?


A nice thing about that quest is the achievements pages in game has that exact achievement which tracks your progress.

I had to get empaled (or impaled) 21 times in order to complete the quest.

I had the same problem. I was about to start complaining (=P) until I read your post. It's a bit strange, isn't it?

How can I get to 1500 feet, I get stuck at 1300 max.
I have tried everything i can think of.

I got to "the end" which is 50,000 feet and didn't get "Super Jumper" or money >=(

Just follow these steps:

1.) Unlock and upgrade the wizard, beans, and explosions to the maximum level.

2.) Launch your character and try to get maximum power and an angle near or above about 45 degrees (The arrow more near the top of meter than bottom).

3.) Watch your altitude it should be going up right after launch. Once it begins to go down use the beans.

4.) After you use the beans watch the altitude again. Wait for it to stop increasing and as soon as it does use the magic.

5.) Again watch your altitude. Once it stops increasing use all 5 bombs. Just click on them rapidly.

If you do this right and you don't get impaled at any point, you should go about 30,000 to 50,000+ feet and unlock the quest. It may not be the way to get the furthest distance, but it works to get the quests and beat the game.

I don't see how I am ever going to get the "Get empaled 20 times" quest. At first, it sounded like it was going to be easy, but I've been playing for 2-3 hours and I haven't been impaled even once.

It took me forever, I actually played it in the background as I played other games.

I didn't try this, but it might make it easier, launch your guy with low power. You'll be on the ground sooner so less time will be spent watching your guy fly through the air and more time spent on the ground possibly getting impaled.

So I just finished the two tough ones, including No Camping Here. Best thing you can do for both is go low power and aim towards the ground. I also suspect that the first guy you can launch is best, as the king seems to get a lot of momentum.

Also, it does require 21 not 20 stabby stabby. Glitch, I'll mention that to folks here.

I always get stabbed. Got stabbed the last 10 games in a row. I never get a chance to use the glider. Waste of money, bah.

If you get stabbed a lot, try aiming for the highest angle with maximum firing momentum. This can help you gain the advantage of hitting a lot of flying TNT, BomBalloons and Rockets, which hurdle you further for distance maximizing!

Got the easier quests on the game, dunno if I'm gonna go back to the game to try and get stabbed and destroy the war camps.
