Hmm, I just realized the Quests are tied to the in-game achievements. Well, at least it makes sense as to why I can't unlock anything. I thought that they were on a different trigger, but oh well.

Just as clarification, to does the armybot (second character) or the girl (third character) unlock the Unlock-her quest?

the first character you unlock is the army bot the second character you unlock is the the girl

Ferret.. I had a saved game here.. I clicked the game and i got spammed with quests.
