The modifications refer more to improvements, not criticizing...
These are some suggestions that might can improve the forum.

It is generally known that the absolute majority of users wants Edit button!
Mistakes are possible, we all make mistakes. There is no unmistakable user.
We all want sometimes to fix or correct the post that we made. For example, I missed to tell something, and I think it's important, I'll have to post it again.
And not everyone is good with English grammar and spelling, and when he noticed that something is wrong, he can correct it.
In any case, Edit button would improve the quality of posts.
But since abuses are possible, there should be a time limit in which the modifications are possible! Or other limitations, for example you can only correct the last post that you made. Or is it required to put the reason for the correction.
It also can serve as a preview of the post!
---Who is online and who is offline?---
I think this can be useful.
Examples of when all are offline
Examples of when all are online
or something like this
More advanced function would be:
Subscribe to a topic, and receive an e-mail alerts when something new appears
I have much more in my mind, but for now I do not have a solutions for

That's what I'm talking about, this would not have happened if there is edit button
Mixed (original) online, offline
and all online
There should be an ability to edit your post in case you made a typo...
I don't know if this is suggested before (Cuz i'm new to the site), but that would help a lot.
A forum history button to let you see what you post on frequently or where your most recent posts were.
Post editing is planned for the future and is, and has always has been, on high demand.
As for the forum history I forget whether or not it's planned but it is another thing that is on somewhat high demand so it is likely to come eventually.
Liking them proposals you made.
The ability to delete your post in case you posted something embarassing or in the wrong sub-forums?
HTML is enabled in abouts. The admins already tried enabling HTML in the forums and comments, but they disabled it in those areas because of abuse.
I was thinking about communication improvement, not only on the edit button, when I write something on the forum I would like to know who is online and who is offline.
edit button edit button edit button
Of course edit button..and I like the idea you have
For the Who's on-/offline..I really approve of the dot. Goes with the profile
And I personally like that version the most.
yh but isn't that same as an edit button o_O you can still edit when your off & on why make it complicated
Code tags. Because just pasting code looks ugly, is hard to read and screws over the formatting.
Also, spoiler tags.
Also, spoiler tags.
Just put this,
at the beginning of each post with spoilers.
Definitely needed features.
Online status on forums: so you know if you can expect a response soon.
Edit button: for eliminating those stupid little spelling errors, or for updating the OP with new information, especially useful if FRPGs where you may change the rules.
Spoiler tags: so you don't ruin something for someone because they innocently read your post
Code Tags: so you post easily readable lines of code for feedback.
