Character Notes: Oceanus was born in a fishing village South of Rome. He wasn't from a rich family, more of a comfortable one. Due to him growing up on a rather flat area Oceanus never liked heights, he just wasn't comfortable with the possibility of falling. His mother worked as the local medical woman and he learned a few skills from her as he grew up. His father valued the ability to survive in the wild and brought Oceanus and his brother Magnus, into the local wilds and trained them in the basics in surviving the harsh winter months and the scorching summers. When he came of age Oceanus joined with the local army station where he learned how to use a sword and shield, he learned fast and was moving toward the top of his class. He began to learn the basics of tactics before he was shipped off.

"You sure about that captain, it puts the numbers against us, and they don't have armor, helmets and only use a wicker shield and a short spear. Hitting them from a distance would be an advantage for us." I look at him as I hold my javelin ready.

"We either hold them or we die!" he shouts as he looses a javelin

I look back at my target an throw my javelin with a strong throw of my arm. Watching it sail through the air I see it hitting my target. By which time I have a new javelin in hand.

You lob it, and your section, about 33 men, follow suit, they lob javelins which disorient and break up the enemy lines. With this moment of weakness, the Impetuous milites pull swords and charge straight into the fray.

"Tare them apart!" I roar as I rush alongside my men.

So you charge, you move 5 meters a round, like the others, and you reach the enemy in 4 rounds, The Hellenic levies front line wavers a bit, but hold together, what sort of attack do you make?

Let's go for a downward cleaving swing. Using the momentum of the running and the weight of the sword to assist my strike.

I meant from the book, there are multiple types of attacks to make, it should be near the end of GURPS lite

I don't see them, all I can see is stuff on weapon readiness.

You can evaluate (aim) All-out attack, All-out defense or feint, there are some other options but they aren't useful right now.

I was looking in the wrong place for the wrong things, oops.

It's a little late for aiming so I will go for all out attack with double, or does my weapon have to be readied after use?

It's not unbalanced, so you don't need to ready.

the number next to your sword is the target number, you shouldn't have any modifiers, not that i can think of.
