You're going to have a good deal of trouble reloading that weapon in a hurry however, and the 700 bullets in reserve is weighing you down even now.]

You rush up and are promptly greeted by a stream of bullets from Allen, maniacal laughter, and the words "Come on, boy!" The shots bounce harmlessly off your armor, fortunately. I'd recommend returning fire.

Kenneth stands behind Leo and responds to Allen's words by saying "This will only hurt.... A lot."
He's got his Mac-11 out but isn't spraying it yet.

I do indeed remember!
You're going up to the City Hall when you see a crazy man with a HMG (complete with belt feed) spraying shots at a heavily armored soldier, who's got a medic standing behind him. You see all the others (Sniper mechanic dude, Void Spellcaster, and Ninja). He's got his back turned to you and he's holding the trigger down 'till it goes 'click' for all you know (which is whenever he decides to stop) so he doesn't notice you, but the few rebel soldiers standing off to the side watching (and cheering him on) do. They freak out and quickly draw their rifles (and grenades and knives and the like).
One manages to aim at you, you reflexively put up your shield but you're too slow...
Click.
The soldier stares at his rifle in horror, then whacks it against the ground in a frantic attempt to get the weapon to unjam. LOL! I'd still keep that shield up if I were you honey, as the other soldiers are ready to attack you as well.

A hint from a seasoned vet: press enter and make a space between sheets, could you? :P

I Raise the shield, get in a crouching position, then I slowly walk up towards them. If I reach them before they do anything half intelligent, I shield bash the hell outta the first guy and pull out the micro, firing at whoever isnt dead at the moment.
