Definitions
- Roleplaying games are games where you play a character, with or without a character sheet.
- Games of chance primarily rely on the dice and coin features. A roleplaying game with dice rolls does not fit here.
- Non-RP, Luck-free games do not have roleplay elements and do not rely on dice and coin features.

Best New Roleplay or Roleplaying Game - Operation Overlord: Alien Invasion. It was active in it's early days, and i do have a little bias, it being one of my good first RPGs, aside from Hypersuits.
Best New Game of Chance - Go big or Go home. There's not much selection for chance games. Probably biased as i won round 1.
Best New Non-RP, Luck-free Forum Game - I have no idea.
