No, but it's stupid not to. Then people may steal your work and you won't be able to do anything about it. Besides, it's free.

copyright on a movies made in flash, and also games.

Just put the © symbol or Copyright 20XX in it.

i dont think its stopped people before... i can't remember which games have been removed due to being stolen or games i have seen under different names in other sites
