First you plug your camera into the computer. then you have to save the picture on the computer. then you should go to a free image hosting site. I use image shack. after you upload the photo, scroll to the bottom of the page, and it should say show image to friends. copy that link, go back to armorgames. then in the forum click image. if there is a yellow bar at the top click on it the click temporarily allow scripts. then click image again, paste the link. then you should be done.
