Anyone can vote, until the contest is over. It is kind of like a last man standing thing too. Every one who guesses right moves on to the next round. This is how it works. everyone who gets it right will move on to the next round. everyone who doesn't is out. It will keep being like that until under 5 users are left. Then you will pick something where 1 user is closest and that user will win.
