I think, depending on the armatar like my pie armatar, should be kept on if it isn't completely connected to that holiday, such as the Cerberus one or any of the other armatars that got the boot, if this can be done i have a couple suggestions:

1) We Take an all day survey on a forum topic for 2 days after that holiday is over, thus creating a fair opportunity for people to get their vote in, BUT! the armatar should not be completely connected to the holiday. the votes can be tallied by either a Mod, an Admin, or a 3rd party

2) same as before but instead of a forum topic we could use a poll using one of these

Of course the mods may want to find more trustworthy sources but it is just a suggestion




These could just get tied in with voting new armatars in but it may make for less counting and more accurate data gathering
