Definitely legal. If it werent people would still do it anyway and the police's time would be wasted when they could be catching real criminals. It keeps sados hooked to their computers rather than out perving on the streets. People are always going to get their fix of flesh let them do it at home where it cant harm anyone, plus if the industry jas proper guidlines and the actors/actresses arent abused then i dont see why not they get paid for it at the end of the day plus its their choice.

There is absolutely nothing wrong in letting pornography* exist, as long as it is still possible for people who do not approve of it to avoid it. But restrictions are probably a good idea...

That should be covered in sex education at school, or have you been doing independant research? Anyway actually quite often theyll be using condoms, you can see porn is pretty damn fake anyways, people dont act like that and anyway the purpose of porn is to flick peoples switches not to procreate.
